The Christmas season came with a rush and now the New Year is upon us.
All of the New Years resolutions will be made with good intentions, yet the drive for individuals to stick with a new life style, fitness routine, better nutrition habits and general better living will often loose their momentum and will power to continue.

I hope to help those individuals along their path to better fitness and well being for the future by providing personal tips to keep one on their New Years Resolution.

It is often forgotten that where you are right now isn't something that happened over night, it took years of life style choices that resulted in where you are today.
